providing the best possible experience for all our guests visiting our hotels, inns, and extended stay lodges, we continue
to strive to stay one step ahead of our competition, while continuing to offer the amenities and service that are second to

goal of our company is to extend our hotel portfolio with quality interior corridor properties in high barriers to entry through
development and strategic repositioning of existing hotels. The success of our organization mainly relies on our ability to
mentor our managers, the training and development of our non-management team members, creating team oriented environments,
continual evaluations and feedback, and to set obtainable goals and offer performance incentives. Our company prides itself on the hands on approach, daily monitoring with proactive and corrective actions
to maximize ADR, REV Par, occupancy and guest satisfaction.
